BEHAVIOR STANDARDS
Expectations of behavior for all individuals that utilize Montachusett Recovery Center
- Individuals act in a way that encourages and promotes recovery of all individuals.
- Individuals shall not engage in disputes with employees, Staff, Board members, or other agents of MRF or MRC, nor engage in inappropriate conversations.
- Individuals respect and protect the confidentiality, rights and dignity of others.
- Individuals shall report risk of imminent harm to self or others served by MRF or MRC to the proper authorities. When reporting, the minimum amount of information necessary will be given to maintain confidentiality.
- Individuals shall not engage in or promote behaviors or activities that would jeopardize the safety, security, well-being or recovery of anyone served by MRF or MRC.
- Individuals shall act in a way which does not exploit others served by MRF or MRC.
- Individuals shall not abuse, harass, demean or discriminate against others based on race, culture, religion, age, gender, gender identity, disability, nationality, sexual orientation, veteran status or economic status or condition of anyone served by MRF or MRC.
- Individuals are not to act in a way that discourages a culture of inclusion, belonging, dignity, respect, and personal value of anyone served by MRF or MRC.
